Date Announced for 2008 National Forest Wood Fair

Following the massive success of this year's National Forest Wood Fair at Beacon Hill Country Park, the date has been set for the 2008 event. The fourth National Forest Wood Fair will be held on Bank Holiday Monday 25th August 2008.
3,000 people enjoyed this year's Fair, with over 70 demonstrators and exhibits set beneath the craggy summit of the beacon, with panoramic views out over the growing National Forest.
'We are delighted to be able to announce the date at an early stage', said Simon Greenhouse for the National Forest Company. 'The craftspeople and demonstrators are keen to return and add the event to their busy schedules.
